15-minute Drop-in

Only available 9am-4pm, Monday to Friday

Starting at $20 +GST for 1 pet

A brief visit for us to stop by and let your dog(s) out for a quick bathroom break. A short, efficient way to ensure there are no indoor accidents and they get some fresh air.

30-minute Drop-in

Starting at $30 +GST for 1 pet

A 30-minute visit is great for pets like cats, bunnies, fish, and other small animals. During this time, we focus on their individual needs—providing meals, fresh water, habitat or litter maintenance, play, and gentle companionship—so your pets stay happy, healthy, and cared for while you’re away.

60-minute Drop-in

Starting at $40 +GST for 1 pet

A longer 60-minute visit allows for more thorough care and personalized attention to your pet’s needs. This may include extra playtime, light grooming, additional cuddles, feeding, fresh water, litter box or habitat care, and any other specific routines your pet requires. These visits give us the time to fully engage with your pet, ensuring they feel loved, comfortable, and well-cared-for while you’re away.

Drop-ins/Cat Care Testimonials

Do you require a deposit for drop-ins/cat care?

Yes, a 25% deposit is required at time of booking. This can either be sent via e-transfer or charged to the card on file.

What’s included in a cat care visit?

Cat care visits include litter cleaning, playtime, cuddles, and brushing (upon request). During a 60-minute visit, we can also take care of small household tasks, such as collecting mail or putting city bins out for collection to give you extra peace of mind while you’re away.

Can you give medication to my pet?

Yes, we can administer oral and topical medications during visits. Please provide clear instructions. At this time, we do not offer injections.

How often should I book visits for my cat?

Most cats are comfortable with one visit per day, but we recommend two visits for kittens, senior cats, cats with medical needs—or those who simply enjoy extra companionship. Even if your cat prefers not to be cuddled, many feel comforted just having a human around, and we completely understand that!

What if my cat is shy or hides from strangers?

That’s perfectly normal! We’ll make sure your cat has fresh food, water, and a clean litter box even if they’d rather not socialize. With time, many shy cats warm up to us!

Can you also care for small pets like bunnies, fish, or birds?

Yes! Our drop-in visits can be customized for small animals—feeding, water changes, cage cleaning, and enrichment as needed.

Do you charge extra for multiple pets?

Our standard rates cover care for up to 2 pets. Additional pets are $5–10 each, depending on their needs.
